• Fujian Wuyi Rock Oolong Tea

The Wuyi Mountains region, a representative of Fujian tea, is known as the "Kingdom of Tea Trees" and is home to more than 800 renowned tea varieties. Among these, tea trees growing in rock crevices naturally thrive in mineral-rich, weathered soil. After harvest, the leaves are carefully processed into Oolong tea through a semi-fermentation process. The unique terroir imparts the distinctive "rock rhyme" (yan yun), which is highly cherished in Chinese tea culture, earning it the name "Rock Tea."
