• Chinese Black Tea (Hong Cha)

Many people are curious about the relationship between black tea and Pu-erh tea. In China, black tea is known as "hong cha" (red tea), while ripe Pu-erh tea falls under the category of "hei cha" (dark tea). The difference lies in that "hong cha" is mainly a naming convention, whereas "hei cha" is classified based on the degree of fermentation.

Our Chinese black tea series is carefully categorized by fermentation levels and reflects the standard terminology used by international tea enthusiasts. Sourced entirely from China’s core tea-growing regions, it features authentic regional flavors ranging from Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong (Lapsang Souchong) from Wuyi Mountain to Yunnan Black Tea (Dian Hong).
