Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you need to return an item, you must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

To be eligible for a return
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition.
Unless the return is due to an error by Chinese Tea Group, the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs to Guangdong, China, as well as the original outbound shipping fees. Refunds will deduct round-trip shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.

Important Notes
Returns based on personal taste or preference are not valid reasons. We recommend purchasing a small trial quantity before bulk orders. If no smaller options are available, contact us to discuss alternatives.
Minor tea breakage or dust during transit is normal and unavoidable, despite protective packaging. For aged tea products, packaging may show signs of aging; purchase cautiously if this concerns you.
We do not accept returns for opened tea products (food items) under any circumstances.

Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
