Available Shipping Services

  1. CTG Express (Chinese Tea Group Express)
    This is our cost-effective small-package delivery solution, specifically designed for customers in the U.S. and EU. We consolidate all CTG Express orders every 3 days and dispatch them to the airport logistics center. ChineseTeaGroup logistics team handles all export customs clearance procedures and coordinates international air freight.Upon arrival in the destination country, your local logistics partners (e.g., DHL, UPS, USPS) will initiate import customs clearance and manage last-mile delivery.
    Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 weeks.
  2. Global Priority
    This service is provided by international logistics partners offering end-to-end transportation. We prioritize flights and collaborate with partners such as DHL and UPS. Packages are shipped directly from China to your address. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment, and you can also monitor your package via "My Account" on our website.
    Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 days.

Once a tracking number is issued, you can track your package on the logistics provider’s official website or via "My Account" on the Chinese Tea Group website. Note: Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. While we ensure timely and efficient dispatch, delays due to customs clearance or flight schedules are beyond our control.

Guidelines to Prevent Delivery Issues

  • Verify Your Shipping Address
    Once your package has been shipped internationally, we are unable to make any changes or intercept it. Please contact your local post office for assistance. Ensure your address and contact number are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for misdeliveries caused by incorrect user-provided information. Rest assured, your personal data is used solely for delivery and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
  • Report Missing Packages
    A package marked as "delivered" by the courier is distinct from a package lost in transit. If marked "delivered" but missing, we cannot issue refunds, replacements, or claims. Check nearby locations (e.g., alternate entrances, neighboring properties, or front desks) first. If unresolved, contact the courier directly.

Customs Duties & Import Regulations

Please ensure you are familiar with and follow the customs regulations of your country or region before placing an order. We are unable to provide phytosanitary certificates or similar documentation. Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by customs, postal services, or local couriers—beyond the shipping fee—are the customer’s responsibility.

By completing checkout, you agree to cover these costs and accept any delays caused by customs procedures in your country.

Note: While we strive for timely and intact delivery, we cannot contact your local post office/customs or file claims on your behalf. Once a package reaches your country, Chinese Tea Group is not liable for delays or errors caused by local customs or carriers.

Order Processing

Chinese Tea Group accepts online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, order processing and dispatch are conducted Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or national statutory holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During major holidays, pandemics, or peak order periods, processing may require an additional 3–5 business days. For urgent orders, please contact Chinese Tea Group during business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM Beijing Time, weekdays).
