"Tieguanyin" is a variety of oolong tea, with its authentic origin in Anxi County, Fujian Province. It originated more than 300 years ago and is known for its distinct aroma, which can be classified into light and strong types depending on the fermentation level. Tieguanyin aged for five years naturally is known for its "aged fragrance." As one of the representative teas of southern Fujian, it is often referred to as the "King of Oolong Tea."
