This Fujian High Mountain Oolong Tea is crafted from Taiwanese high-mountain tea plant varieties, cultivated in the pristine mountains of Zhangping, Fujian, at an elevation of 900 meters.
By combining the traditional Tieguanyin processing method with the unique qualities of high mountain tea, it is meticulously crafted into a distinctive semi-ball-shaped Baozhong that stands out as truly exceptional. Celebrated as one of the most refined expressions of Fujian Tea, it beautifully reflects both tradition and innovation.
History & Origins
In 2001, tea master Chen Kun and his wife from Nantou, Taiwan, introduced the Alishan tea plant variety to mainland China.
After five years of exploration across regions such as Yunnan and Fujian, they discovered that the high-altitude environment of Zhangping provided ideal conditions for tea cultivation.
Since then, they have adhered to organic farming practices to ensure purity and premium quality, securing this tea’s place within the proud heritage of Fujian Tea.
Appearance & Aroma
Our Fujian High Mountain Oolong Tea features thick, plump, and glossy dark-green leaves, showcasing its outstanding quality. When brewed, it reveals a refined and elegant floral aroma, with a fresh, crisp taste and a naturally sweet, lingering aftertaste.
