The Terroir Speaks Through Every Leaf
This is a Dehua white porcelain gaiwan. White porcelain is made from high-quality kaolin, whose main component is kaolinite. This clay has low iron content, fine particles, and excellent plasticity, making it ideal for white porcelain production. The firing temperature typically ranges from 1200°C to 1400°C, resulting in hard, dense porcelain with a smooth and glossy glaze.
The gaiwan holds profound significance in Chinese tea culture. It is not just a tool for brewing tea but also an embodiment of the spirit of tea ceremonies. Comprising three parts—the lid, bowl, and saucer—it symbolizes the philosophical concept of the unity of heaven, earth, and humanity. Using a gaiwan to brew tea allows one to better observe the changes in tea leaves in water and fully release the tea's aroma and flavor.

The Terroir Speaks Through Every Leaf
Origin isn’t just a label — it’s the soul of the tea.
It is the land and the tea trees tended by generations of tea farmers, a living heritage passed down through time in harmony with nature.
Traditional craftsmanship cannot scale to mass production.
We honor this authentic essence, preserving every genuine step.
We could produce more tea, but we choose to craft better.
