This Chinese handcrafted black tea is produced in Tongmu Village, Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province, at an elevation of 800–1000 meters.
Nestled within the pristine mid-subtropical forest ecosystem, Tongmu is recognized as the birthplace of black tea, where the unique environment nurtures some of the finest and most flavorful Chinese black teas in the world.
Natural & Traditional Cultivation
The tea is cultivated in a pesticide-free environment—a tradition passed down for generations and protected by local law as part of this historic tea-growing region.
Handcrafted Production
Each spring, skilled local farmers carefully handpick the tender tea leaves, which are then crafted using authentic Chinese tea-making techniques.
Pine-Smoked Drying
During production, the leaves are slowly smoked and dried over pinewood, imparting a distinctive pine-smoked character to the black tea with a subtle hint of pine, perfectly intertwined with the tea’s natural aroma.
