This 2019 Aged Loose Leaf Green Tea Sample, produced in Mr. Lin's tea garden in eastern Guangdong, is a premium loose-leaf tea. With six years of aging, it stands as a rare and exceptional example of aged green tea, showcasing its unique character and depth of flavor.
Characteristics
- This tea is crafted using a high-temperature, quick-roasting process, which differs from the traditional low-temperature roasting method typically used for green tea. The high heat rapidly evaporates moisture from the leaves, with precise control over time and temperature to preserve chemical components while preventing burnt or bitter flavors. This rare technique allows the tea to improve with age, making it unique among green teas.
