The Terroir Speaks Through Every Leaf
This 25 g sample is taken from our 2015 Fuding Gong Mei White Tea Cake, offering a convenient way to experience this traditionally aged white tea before committing to a full cake.
Made from authentic Gong Mei white tea harvested in Fuding, Fujian Province, this tea has been naturally aged over time, developing a smooth, mellow character with soft honey-like sweetness and gentle aged herbal notes. Traditionally sun-withered and carefully stored, it has undergone slow, natural transformation.
The infusion is clean and bright with a light amber tone. On the palate, it is smooth, rounded, and easy-drinking, with minimal sharpness even when freshly brewed. A gentle sweetness lingers after each sip, leaving a clean and refreshing finish.
This sample provides an accessible way to explore the character of aged Gong Mei white tea, whether for first-time tasting, comparison, or everyday brewing.
(Traditional Method)
Always rinse tea before the first infusion. For compressed teas, adjust the rinsing time according to the compression level, allowing the leaves to gently loosen before the first infusion.

The Terroir Speaks Through Every Leaf
Origin isn’t just a label — it’s the soul of the tea.
It is the land and the tea trees tended by generations of tea farmers, a living heritage passed down through time in harmony with nature.
Traditional craftsmanship cannot scale to mass production.
We honor this authentic essence, preserving every genuine step.
We could produce more tea, but we choose to craft better.
