Rock Oolong Cinnamon, also known as Rou Gui, is a renowned variety of Wuyi rock tea and one of Fujian's most famous teas.

The tea trees grow in rock crevices, absorbing rich minerals that contribute to its unique flavor and health benefits. It is rich in antioxidants, aids digestion, and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Brewing it using the Gongfu tea method can better activate the active compounds like tea polyphenols and catechins.

Our semi-fermented Oolong tea, Rock Oolong Cinnamon, is crafted using traditional Wuyi Mountain rock tea processing techniques. This includes meticulous steps such as picking, withering, shaking, fixation, rolling, and roasting. With its classic flavor profile, it stands out as a premium choice in our Gong Fu Tea Bag series. Each 8-gram individual tea bag is perfectly portioned for a standard Gongfu tea session—simply open the bag and brew to enjoy.

Initially, it offers a subtle spicy note, accompanied by a rich and complex aroma that lingers on the palate, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste.

Each tea bag is pre-weighed, making it convenient for Gongfu tea brewing, as well as easy to store and carry for daily use or travel.
