Shui Xian Tea (also spelled Narcissus/Shui Hsien tea) is a loose-leaf oolong tea named after the tea tree variety native to the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, China.
These tea trees thrive on rocky cliffs, where the mineral-rich soil and unique terrain impart the tea with its distinctive “rocky character,” earning it the name “rock tea.”
