Rock Oolong Cinnamon, also known as Rou Gui, is a renowned variety of Wuyi rock tea and one of the most famous teas in Fujian.
The tea trees grow in rock crevices, absorbing rich minerals that contribute to their unique flavor and health benefits. It is rich in antioxidants, aids digestion, and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Brewing it using the Gongfu tea method can better activate the active compounds, such as tea polyphenols and catechins.
Our semi-fermented Oolong tea, Rock Oolong Cinnamon, is crafted using traditional Wuyi Mountain rock tea processing techniques.
